Turn Around DC is a 6-week program that prepares participants to successfully complete job training and begin a successful career. This program will develop students' personal and professional skills to better equip them for a smooth transition into the workforce.
Often times, students may complete a job training program but have trouble keeping their new job. In most instances this is a result of their unpreparedness for the basic skills needed to successfully retain a job. Turn Around DC teaches students the importance of punctuality, communication, conflict resolution and other useful skills for any industry.
